Welcome to our community guidelines! These guidelines are designed to help brandkinders contribute positively to our space, both online and in person. These guidelines apply to all members engaging with brandkind’s digital platforms, including our WhatsApp group, website, and social engagements, as well as those attending brandkind-hosted events. They also extend to interactions with our team and community members, both online and in person.

brandkind exists to empower social enterprises through impactful branding, supporting their mission of social and environmental good. Our mission is to make buying from social enterprises and purpose-driven organisations the consumer norm.

Our Commitment
We are commited to serve 1000 social entrprises in ten years. In order to do this, we need a strong backing of the diverse skills and experiences of our community to help uphold this standard.

What is a core community member?
As a community-led community, we are lucky to have the support, guidance and advisory from our Core Community. They are an extension of the brandkind team, ensuring that the community is a safe and inclusive environment. Guidelines on Promotional Activities
To maintain the integrity of our community, please refrain from using community spaces for self-promotion or marketing purposes without prior approval. Any promotional content should align with our core focus and have explicit permission from the brandkind team. Unauthorised promotion, spam, or repetitive messaging will not be tolerated. Please see the Channel Directory before reaching out to the brandkind team for your request.
Reminder of Continuous Learning
We encourage all members to embrace a mindset of continuous learning and openness. This community is built on shared growth and mutual support, so let’s keep exploring new ideas and improving together. Your commitment to learning and adapting makes brandkind stronger.

Community Guidelines
Section 1: Acceptable Behaviour
- Be authentic, collaborative, and inclusive.
- Respect privacy and maintain professionalism.
- Share knowledge, build connections, and support fellow members.
Section 2: Unacceptable Behaviour
- Bullying: No threats, harassment, or behaviour that makes others feel unsafe.
- Copyright Violations: Do not misuse others’ work or brandkind resources.
- Misinformation: Avoid sharing false or misleading information.
- Privacy Violations: Respect personal information and do not share it without consent.
- Discrimination: No discriminatory language or behaviour.
- Scams/Deceptive Practices: Avoid dishonest or unauthorised promotion.
- Spam: Do not flood community channels with irrelevant or repetitive content.
- Violence/Threats: No promotion of violence or threatening behaviour.
Section 3: Clarification of Ramifications and Warnings
We have a low-tolerance for violations of these guidelines. Following a warning, our team have a strict response process:
- Initial Warning: Members will receive a private message outlining the violation and offering guidance on corrective behaviour.
- Graduation: Continued non-compliance may result in permanent removal from brandkind’s platforms and events.
Section 4: Reporting
We appreciate your help in upholding these guidelines. If you witness any violations, please report them to hello@brandkindcommunity.com with the following details:
- Name of the individual involved.
- Description of the behaviour or incident.
- The specific guideline section(s) violated.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, photos).
